REGULATIONS

Art 1 • To be included in the “ www.worldfineartists.com ” website, artists should choose between one of the following options: OPTION A - OPTION B - OPTION C.

Option A consists of a web page with:

•  a personal photograph of the artist.

•  a photograph of an example of the artist's work with relevant captions: (technique, measurements, title, year of production)

•  a brief biography (approx. 120 words).

•  the artist's home address, e-mail address and telephone number.

Option B consists of the publication of 4 web pages with:

•  a page including a personal photograph of the artist, photographs of three of the artist's works with relevant captions, a brief biography (approx. 120 words), the artist's home address, e-mail address and telephone number;

•  the second, third and fourth pages will contain enlargements of the works published on the first page, with the relevant captions.

Cost Option B € 48.00 (including VAT). Example Option B

Option C is a “ Personal Gallery ” (maximum 12 works), consisting of:

•  a full page presentation of one of the artist's works and links to his/her biography and personal gallery.

•  a page containing the artist's biography (approximately 600 words), as well as a personal photograph, his/her home address, e-mail address, telephone number and a link to the personal website (for artists already on the Internet).

•  the gallery includes: a page displaying photos of the works the artist wishes to publish and other pages (one for each work) containing enlargements of the photos and the relevant captions (technique, measurements, title, year of production).

Art 2 • In subsequent years, artists may automatically make changes to their web pages by entering the user-id and password provided at registration. Artists should, however, remember the following points:

•  modifications involving changes to postal addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, biography (within the limits set down by the option selected upon registration) will be carried out free of charge;

•  requests to replace photographs of the works will be carried out at a cost of € 10.00 including VAT, for each photograph;

It will be possible to switch from Option A to Option B or Option C, and vice versa, by paying the cost indicated for the new Option (please inform us of any Option changes by sending an e-mail to: info@worldfineartists.com ).

Art 3 • The costs indicated in the participation forms refer to website maintenance for one year. Artists wishing to remain on the website in successive years should renew their subscription by no latter than 60 days before the expiry date.

Art 4 • The artists' web pages will be activated once payment has been verified.

Payments cam be made in one of the following ways:

•  On-line by Credit card (recommended: activation is automatic and immediate).

•  Non transferable bank check made out to Arte Studio S.r.l. – Florence.

•  International money order made out to Arte Studio, Viale Belfiore, 54 - 50144 - Florence - Italy

•  Credit Transfer to Arte Studio, current account no. 019138 - ABI 06160 - CAB 02848-Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze - Filiale di Peretola - Italy.

•  Cash sent by insured letter or paid directly at our offices.

In order to speed up activation times, artists may fax a copy of their receipt of payment to +39 055 333 540.

* The Internal Committee of the “Biennale” hereby reserves the right to remove from the www.worldfineartists.com website any artist's pages which, in the Committee's unquestionable opinion, appear to disrespect the religious or political sentiments of others or which, in any case, are judged to be offensive to common sentiments.
